Level-up English Education through Advantageous Practice
TESOL Coaching, a través del departamento de Teacher Training, tiene como principal objetivo el fortalecer la práctica docente de todo profesor o profesora que imparta la asignatura de inglés o alguna otra asignatura utilizando el inglés como medio de instrucción y de esta forma elevar la calidad de la enseñanza del idioma inglés en México.
Al asegurar un profesional en la enseñanza del idioma inglés con un bagaje que incluya la metodología y estrategias de enseñanza de vanguardia y que además hagan uso de la creatividad para planear y ejecutar lecciones relevantes, significativas, motivantes y que incluyan el uso de herramientas tecnológicas como la Inteligencia Artificial sin duda podemos decir que será un futuro digno de merecer.

Our LEAP program is based on international educational models and aligns with the New Educational Model and the New Mexican School.
Los grupos se dividen de acuerdo a lo siguiente:

L - se enfoca en las habilidades lingüísticas fundamentales y el desarrollo de la competencia en inglés para los docentes.

E - enfatiza las metodologías de enseñanza efectivas, las estrategias y la alineación con modelos educativos.

A - aborda la evaluación, la adaptación a las necesidades de los estudiantes y la creación de un ambiente de aprendizaje inclusivo.

P - abarca la gestión de recursos, la integración de tecnología y el fomento de una comunidad participativa.
PROGRAM DISTRIBUTION AND DURATION
Time Investment: 8 months (2 months per module)
Two months are allocated to each LEAP area. This provides sufficient time for in-depth exploration without overwhelming participants.
Content Distribution:

Months 5-6: Assessment, Adaptation, and Achievement Months 7-8: Professional Development and Partnership
By dedicating two months to each LEAP area, teachers have sufficient time to put the skills and strategies acquired during the sessions into practice.
